comfy bedwide selectionquiet areamissed tea
the comfy bed allowed for deep sleep, and the room had all i needed. the buffet at breakfast was full with many choices. staff were friendly, i loved the way they cared about the guest. hotel is near the city center, yet it remained quiet.
i missed having tea or coffee in my room, it would have been a sweet touch.

staff were helpful at reception, i felt welcomed always. they provided clear directions and assistance. every question was handled with a smile, i reminded me of a valued guest, it was lovely.

the room was a good size, and the staff were lovely.
the noise of slamming doors was constant and super loud. wherever someone closed a door on my floor, the bang was so loud that my mirror made resonating sounds. no parking was available and i had to find something myself elsewhere.

i found the breakfast plentiful with great variety. the receptionist was so helpful, even late at night. i stayed in this friendly hotel and would come back. the parking help was a big plus!
The room felt older than advertised, even a bit small. i booked a double bed, but had two separate beds. cleanliness was my main issue. The shower needed more attention.

The room was clean and the bed felt very comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, especially because i completed my details online beforehand. Staff members were professional and quite friendly. I also appreciated the free parking right outside the hotel.
The spa department cost extra money.
